When I bought those $2 animal cookies recently, it was sent with freezer packs. Appreciated it but maybe they shouldn't be selling everything

About a month ago these went on sale for half the price

$9.50 for 12 3.6oz bags = 29¢/oz

$4 for 28.8oz bag = 14¢/oz

All thanks to that June 18th Slickdeal yummy

It's actually fascinating. I made some for a recipe once. Boil 2 parts parts sugar to 1part water. Then once dissolved add like a tsp of cream of tartar and voila, invert sugar. It changes the molecular makeup from complex sucrose into simple glucose and fructose. In summary, less calories but higher glycemic index, aka, quicker absorption.
