Lowes is closing out three Volt Landscaping Light Kits. This is YMMV. I'm in north Phoenix and many stores have it and the discount is approximately 75%.

The good prices showed online at my local Lowes. I ordered for store pickup. At the store, I also found them at the same "closeout" prices.

confirmed at a local store, check various stores in your area online. The online price is the same as in store. Placed an order for the $89 kit, just wanted the 4 additional spot lights.

Online the prices are higher. The kit for example is listed as $143.97 at the lowes website for my store in AZ, where at the store are $89.92. So go to the store if you want the lowest prices.

so the store listing the kit at $89.92 online will be cheaper in store you think?

Unlikely. I haven't heard anybody say they saw it cheaper. 89.82 was my in-store price, as well as my online price.

do these require electrician to install? i see the pict with 100w image. almost wet my pants.

Not at all. The transformer/timer reduces your outlet voltage to 12 volts. The 100 watt image is probably the capacity of the transformer that comes with the $89 kit.
