There's nothing inherently wrong with their claims, other than the fact that they're charging a ton for what's mostly coconut oil (Costco has an 84oz tub of coconut oil for $15).

Your brain does need healthy fats to function and there's a lot of back and forth over whether the low-fat diet craze (along with the food pyramid scam) actually caused a rise in dementia-like symptoms.

Coconut oil has also been found to aid in weight loss, especially for people with type 2 diabetes.

Yes you can use Costco's for cooking as well this product if you are so inclined. From what I see this product has removed the non-MCT fats from coconut oil making it 100 percent MCT fatty acids which is more useful for keto dieters as a supplement.

FWIW, I add this to my coffee every morning and my poo slides right outta me – it's pretty great.

MCT oil is used by people with fat digestion issues. If you cannot digest fat properly (lack of pancreatic enzymes), MCT oil helps a lot. This is a good deal for people like that.

It's still pure coconut oil, regardless of where they shelve it.

You obviously don't understand the benefits of MCT oil. There is a lot of research on the benefits of MCT oil for neurological conditions, epilepsy, digestive issues, and other conditions.

In your case better to have people think you a fool than to type comments as you did and thus remove all doubt.
