This looks like a good deal? The top is 48x30 compared to previous deals where it was 48x24 or 40x24.

So this one is standing only. Minimum height is 44.

Suppose it could be both with the right chair. But for my space I'm looking for something smaller.

Edit: minimal is 28.

I've got a table top that's 72" in length that I'd like to use with this, anyone know if can this be lengthened to support longer tabletops?

Minimum is 28" from what I'm seeing in the description on eBay. Max at 47.6". So it's sit/stand.

I think this is an E1 model which can support the current top + 70lbs of stuff, like computer, monitor, etc. So this is highly unlikely it will support the top and your stuff, even more unlikely that the legs can go wider.

Material for the table top is chipboard (particleboard). Which is garbage. This thing will likely bow/bend/warp in a few months. You're better off with literally any other solid wood desk, even mango wood or some cheep solid wood is better.
