So this one is standing only. Minimum height is 44.

Suppose it could be both with the right chair. But for my space I'm looking for something smaller.

Edit: minimal is 28.

Minimum is 28" from what I'm seeing in the description on eBay. Max at 47.6". So it's sit/stand.

I think this is an E1 model which can support the current top + 70lbs of stuff, like computer, monitor, etc. So this is highly unlikely it will support the top and your stuff, even more unlikely that the legs can go wider.

Material for the table top is chipboard (particleboard). Which is garbage. This thing will likely bow/bend/warp in a few months. You're better off with literally any other solid wood desk, even mango wood or some cheep solid wood is better.
