i guess around 49 of the 1949 reviews are vine. fakespot says 222 reviews/ratings have been removed or altered - and it says 80% of the reviews up currently are high quality.

a quick scan bears this out - the reviews are considered and well-written (and even the critical reviews often say positive things).

Worth it for me. I have a "good" Greenlee meter that I keep with the bulk of my tools and just last week had to use it in the garage; an inexpensive meter might be good to keep there so I don't have to go grab the other one.

This is exactly my reasoning. I have a "good" Greenlee multimeter that serves me well in the main house and a freebie Harbor Freight meter I keep in the garage but it doesn't have a continuity function which is 90% of my use there repairing my LV lights wiring. I just wanted an inexpensive meter to give me the continuity function so just ordered this deal last night.
