According to that manual, every configuration supported is only 2 sticks, so safe to assume the board physically has 2 slots. So if you need over 64GB (96GB configs of 2x48GB sticks aren't shown as supported), this isn't the system for you. And if you need over 16GB, you'll have to toss the included 2x8 sticks and replace them rather than just adding more.
Hell, there are a lot of 4080 Super prebuilts and custom rigs that are the same if not more expensive. I have an old gaming rig I built that's very outdated. When the crypto mining/GPU shortage happened, I gave up on trying to acquire the best parts at the best price at every available store...instead I think getting a good prebuilt with top of the line GPU/CPU will circumvent this and keep me happy for years.
Maybe one day I'll go back to making a custom rig.
