What's the deal with using it?

Does it have onions in it already or do you sauté some? Do you just throw it in a bowl with a piece of bread and melt the cheese over top?

Or, does it actually suck for soup but is used in cooking?

As someone who cannot cook for the life of them (I fked up instant ramen before) would I reconstitute this with water, or just from can > bowl > microwave > consume?

I use mainly for cooking. Believe it or not it's delicious in meatloaf.

I bought them! That's kind of what I'm thinking. I think for slow braising some beef it would be good in place of water or beef broth.
