Dang, isn't this the same model as the one that just went front page? Cheaper than the other one. The link is to a different page, but the title seems to indicate they're the same.
I believe this is an older run of the same model

Would you believe that they make fake copies of these?
Well they do.
Here is a couple of videos to show you how you can tell if yours is real.
This video goes into the details of many things that are different between the real an fake ones. It used to be just a simple one buttone press to tell if it was fake, but some fakes now report 'casio' when you press the one button, but there are other tells.

If you order one, please report back if your is real or fake!

these run little smaller than regular watches. If you are used to bigger watch, this may be small.
I have the f-91, the black plastic version of this, and I like smaller watches...and it's small. Also, mine has a backlight that's terrible in anything other than pitch black, and even then, if it's just barely functional.

That said, I like the watch and wear it when extra small, thin, and cheap are useful...like working on a car, in the garage, in the yard, etc. it gets worn regularly.

And ya it says virtually no water resistance, but I don't worry about it. It's been wet, gone swimming, been sweaty and oily, many times and keeps on going. It scratches relatively easily...but again, don't care.

In for one...not that I need it

I've got one and love it. Retro without being too obnoxious. Mines had an issue since new with the band slipping out of adjustment fyi. At this price in for another.

Killer deal! Love the 80s! I'd get it if it was solar. I've been using a seiko solar chrono diver from costco I got for $99 10 years ago now they want $400 for it lol.

Apparently there's several different variations of the model # of the 158 but they have minimal or no difference.

https://www.casio-watch-straps.co...tify.shtml Can check here but a lot of that went over my head.

What is clearly different is that this watch is ~$1 cheaper than the one from the FPage weeks ago (was ~$14).

Even the Ali Express knockoffs can't sell their versions cheaper than this.

Question for anyone who has this. How do you adjust the band? Do you have to take out links? And can it be made small enough for a 10-year-old? I think my son would love this.

Yep. The clasp uses a lever lock type deal that slides back and forth kind of like a leather band would. Can't say for sure but lots of range in the adjustment.

Bought one just like this years (decades) ago. Moved from AZ to CO and lost it. A few years later, I was cleaning out my golf bag. Emptied it out of the clubs, turned the bag upside down to clear it of debris, and out came the watch! It was exactly one hour off...because of daylight savings!

No offense whatsoever, but… honest question; who wears this kind of watch nowadays? I am genuinely curious.
