This is their low end ones this brand is pretty much used in every commercial kitchen the ones with the locking clip are top notch more expensive of corse

Ikea has some well made silicone tipped Mini Tongs for $2.
Perfect for inside cooking and table service but a bit short for hot grilling.

9 inch meets the needs of most. Some prefer 12 inches. that's a bit too much length
