Clicked to buy 3. Said could not mail but Walmart+ 9.95 strike through-free delivery. Said 15+ dollars total. Set time for delivery then total jumped to 27+ dollars. No deal for me, canceled order. I'll tip $15 for my 30 item $130 delivery, not three $5 items.

You can adjust the tips to $0 -- I assume with Walmart orders, most of the drivers assume they won't be getting a tip anyways.

Delivery price will also jump around with the timed-deliveries. Under $35 and they'll try to hit you with a "service fee", and if it's a rush delivery (1-2 hours from now) they'll hit you with an "Express" fee.

I think that you can also opt to store-pickup for free, but I'm not sure if they charge a fee for that now too

You must have really wanted it fast because you clearly picked express delivery if it tried to charge you.

I actually tried to have it delivered the next day between 12-2 pm. Delivery was free but the tip they had added was $15. I think the other guy was right in mentioning that I could have adjusted the tip to a more reasonable amount.
