I bought these from Amazon a couple years ago for a car trip with two young kids. Three things to say.
1. Do NOT let the kids play with and/or remove the cup holder. You will get tiny styrofoam beads EVERYWHERE.
2. The blue fabric on the underside is very thin — be careful not to snag it or you get tiny styrofoam beads EVERYWHERE.
3. The LED light is VERY cheap. On par with those crappy bookfair reading lights from the 80's and 90's
This is truly worth no more than $5. If you buy them, please heed my above advice. I know from experience.
lol ::smh:: you try to help. Man if you're an adult and to plan to use this with any frequency - Get something better. This thing is as cheap as they come. Basically disposable quality.

Have something similar. Seems like a great idea but depending on how tall you are, you might be hunched over and uncomfortable. Something to keep in mind.

It seems to me like you didn't use it for its intended purpose. Why should your advice mean anything to an adult who's going to use this to work on a couch at home?

The advice couldn't have been prefaced more clearly by including in the very first sentence the intended use "for two small kids. In a car." If it said "I bought these for myself (an adult) to work on a couch at home." instead then….well actually your comment still wouldn't make sense
Thanks for the review saved me $5. Bc I wouldn't have brought it back to Home Depot for my money back. Plus, have to assign some value to the pain of cleaning up those beads

That's exactly what I'm saying. It's not helpful for people who use the product as intended. Kids will abuse it, because they're kids. But whatever, the next time I buy a soup can and use it as a bowling ball, I'll remember this advice 🤣

Go ahead purchase it. Even used "as intended" you'll eventually see what I mean. When you catch the fabric that's thinner then a 30 year old t-shirt on something and have to try to pickup/vacuum up tiny styrofoam beads that have so much static electricity that they stick to everything you're trying to clean AND the thing you're cleaning with, you're going to go, "shit, that guy I was giving so much crap to about this thing was right." I'm going to set here all smug as can be already just seeing it happen. Enjoy!

I'm not purchasing it. Already have one. Works great 👍
Avoid unless they fixed it. They brought this back form 2010. Button fabric material is super thin and tears after 5 - 10 uses; the Styrofoam dots fill that is inside all goes out all over the place.
