Note that if you use that rate code, you're over-paying for the room... so its not like they are just "giving away" promotional points. I just booked a room at a property that was eligible for that promo, and it was like $30 more per night than just the normal best available rate... so not sure this is a great promo

so i think you needed to apply the promo code at the time of booking. wondering if you can cancel and rebook but compare the rates first & cancellation policy of your earlier booking before doing this.

Stupid question, i have a couple of trips coming up before August 18th which are 2+ nights stay which i have booked through my company concur portal. How do i go about applying this code for those reservations?

not a stupid question....

so i think you needed to apply the promo code at the time of booking. wondering if you can cancel and rebook but compare the rates first & cancellation policy of your earlier booking before doing this.

curious as to what is equivalent to 3500 points in dollar value. can i get at least a 1 night hotel stay at a place that cost say $400 per night.

you'd need about 60,000 points for a $400 per night stay. One point is about 74 cents

3500 points should be about $28 when buying points straight considering no bonus offer applies. so 3500 points won't get you anywhere.

Damn-just stayed 2 nights in Chicago and apparently the outage caused room card key 🔑 system and payment system impossible! Anybody know if there's any chance I could qualify for this?

I'll concur with others, my rate jumps about $40/night when using this code. Check both ways to see what works out better for you.
