add any products that is over $10 to the cart and proceed to check out, when you at payment step, copy link to a new tab, go back to the cart and remove the other products. back to original tab and finished the checkout.

I've had a hard time in the past trying this, but it worked just now. Fingers crossed my order gets fulfilled

EDIT:
Received the dreaded DELAYED text, and surprisingly received the READY text a few hours later, Color me shocked.
