My wife kept her band when trading her Galaxy 6 and it fits her Galaxy 7 so I'd say they are compatible as long as they are the same size (44mm or 40mm)

it will fit watch 7 40mm or 44mm but will not fit the ultra, since the ultra has proprietary bands

i'm using this on my watch 7 right now

You can find bands for Samsung watches on Chinese online retailers for under $2. I got several from AliEx and I'm very satisfied with the price and quality. Get four or more and shipping is free.

I have watch pro and several samsung bands. I still purchased watch 7 ultra after seeing a band adapter on Amazon which we can use with current bands.

If that adapter works I will keep the watch else I will return and keep my watch 5 pro.

I'm a 6'2" 190 lb male, and the m/l is almost too big for my wrist (it fits, but on close to the smallest hole)....I really wonder who the M/L is for lol

Then you're doing something wrong, there's some app draining it. I only drop to 85% overnight.

Do you have some third party apps installed? Sleep measurements off? Wifi off? May want to try a wipe and retry, that's not right.
