Anyone know the real difference between basic and advanced? I see the covered base and USB ports on the advanced, and a 10yr vs 5yr (very limited) warranty. Is that all?

It can be used with a box spring and mattress, but you won't be able to adjust it.

As far as being adjustable depends on the mattress. Some mattresses aren't compatible. You might ruin the mattress if it's not.

I have been suffering from lower back pain for years, and I used the pillow under the legs method to keep the pain away.

Then I got myself an adjustable bed and it eliminated the need for using the pillows since all I needed is just raising the feet area by a notch.

I don't remember what brand I got but I had paid about $300 on clearance that came with the wireless remote ~3 years ago.

Best purchase ever, and never had gotten that horrible pain ever since!
