If you can get this washer and dryer pair for that price, this is absolutely a slick deal!!

I own this washer/dryer pair, absolutely outstanding, and for the price listed here for both of them, this is a no-brainer! My last two washers did have an agitator, and this one gets my clothes much cleaner than either of them did. They were both Maytag high end washers too. After the second one died on me I decided to switch brands and give LG a try since I've used several of their other appliances and had great luck.

update: I was able to replicate this deal at my local Lowe's. Repped OP and gave thumbs up for this slick deal! I bought my pair when they were on sale, but I could have saved almost $500 more with this deal!!!! I was happy getting them at the price I did, but I would have been much happier to take this deal LOL

It's not a lie when folks state to ensure you have some type of warranty with a LG/Samsung appliance. It is mainly due to the ability to source parts, but also skill/knowledge of how to service such parts. I'll always tell the story of how I lived in a state that only had two total "official" service personnels, and that one told me they serviced THREE states.

Pricey board repair, Sensor not accurate, Color shows scratches, impeller. Dryer door is flimsy as it opens 2 ways.

Do they even make washers with agitators anymore lol?

I agree with the above comment on effects of agitators on clothes, not good.

Also not sure why people are lumping LG with Samsung when it comes to washers and dryers. LG makes some of the best washers and dryers. They always gets some of the highest ratings on Consumer Report in performance and reliability. LG other appliances are not so good, but for some reason their washers and dryers are really good. I have a front loading LG washer and dryer for over 7 years and works just as well as day 1.
Samsung is bad with pretty much all appliances.
