Be careful. GOG just downloads the installer. It will than install overtop of your Fallout 4 install. It is not a mod. It is a total conversion. You cannot play regular Fallout 4 unless this is uninstalled first. You also need to downgrade Fallout 4 from the recent next-gen update. Users report lots of glitches at the moment so it may be best to wait a month before installing.

Yes but you need to downgrade to a previous version but they have a downgrade tool to do that. Fallout London plans to release an updated version down the road that will work with the newest FO4 patch but as of now you need an older Steam version or GOG version. There's an installation guide on their site and some guides on YouTube and the subreddit as well. You might want to wait a bit for them to iron out some bugs though.

Some people are having trouble downgrading on the subreddit so if you aren't used to modding it may not be the easiest process. Personally I'm waiting for it to update a bit and fix some bugs before jumping in.

I installed this over the top of GOTY version and it's so buggy that it is truly unplayable. I have no other mods installed so the issues are coming from this app.

bardwsoGOGs Fallout 4 install files are already at the downgrade point. (Last I checked) With Steam you will have to run the downgrade file. Big question is where to put it as I have nexus modded both F4 and FNV on a desktop and laptop respectively (100gb++ and 20gb+ on changes/content) . I sure appreciate those with the talent to mod and push what engines can do.

GOG found a way to get this to everyone (GOG/steam) -so a shout out to the store front as well.

By the way, check your email for any tailored discount F4 GOTY codes. I managed to add it to my library for 7.99 a few months ago.
Probably the original FO4: GOTY problem with NVIDIA card CTD and stuff....and probably have to play with their ini file like changing the resolution and disabling weapon debris/godray to your liking. But otherwise most of the mods work just fine albeit from some that doesn't show up like Heather Cassidin mod cuz of obvious reason.

Are these like the super Mario odyssey mods that my son obsesses over ? How do I make a mod? Do u just download some mod software on my windows PC and then connect it via usb-c to my Nintendo switch to play it?

Thanks in advance for anyone with know how that can help explain the process, as I have always been curious about the process (I.e. real way to make the mods like u see on YouTube where the put sonic inside of a Mario game, for example)

After you install, you will need to look at the procedure to downgrade Fallout 4 to a previous version that is included with the mod.

Look forward to playing this once it actually gets updated for the current version of fallout 4. Juggling compatibility between 2 versions of fallout 4 and varying mod compatibility is a nightmare.

You need all the DLC's for the Fallout London mod so you need to look at the GOTY edition which usually hits a low of $10.

Also I'm not sure if the MS Store version will work at all even with the downgrade tool. I would make sure to get a Steam or GOG key since those are the 2 that are officially supported by the mod.
