It had nothing to do with the TV. The TV was GREAT. It was all about their delivery experience.

I paid the extra $30 fee for setup. The delivery guys brought it in and were ready to leave when I said "hey, I paid for setup." They said they weren't going to set up a TV that big and left. I had to hire two friends using 30-packs of Budweiser to come help me lift it. This thing is heavy and needs at least two but preferably three people to lift it. It does have handles on the back of the TV which does help for balance. Three weeks later I'm still trying to get rid of pieces of the cardboard box in my recycle trash bin.
I called Costco and told them the delivery guys refused to do the setup and they refunded my $30.
There is no mention of $100 Google Play credit anywhere in the TV menu, nor was there a card or anything in the package, or anything mailed out or emailed. I called Costco and they had no idea either. So that was a washout.
I also called asking how to activate the All State warranty, as there was also 0 info provided via any correspondence after the purchase. Costco customer support instructed me to go to all states website and sign up with my receipt and S/N and such. I did so and the warranty activated immediately. On Costco's page it says 2 years Costco + 3 years All State for a total of 5 years warranty. However that is not the case. The All State warranty date is already counting down and running concurrently with the Costco warranty. So it's only 3 years of warranty.
Quality wise, I upgraded from a 2021 82" Samsung QLED that I paid $1,900 from Costco. The Samsung picture quality is much better even after performing color calibration on the Hisense. No comment on the TV sound quality as I use a 5.2.2 Yamaha Aventage/ELAC reference home theater.
One additional thing to note, The back of the TV has really deep ridges making it very difficult to place LED light strips. I am using a 75" Philips Hue Gradient light strip and the only possible placement is not optimal.

Did you check the ending date of the Allstate Warranty after you signed up? It should be in 2029. It's actually a 5 yr Allstate Warranty that runs concurrently with manufacturer's and Costco concierge warranties, but Costco markets it as 1+1+3. Have you gotten Costco to credit you the $200 difference in what you paid and the deal in this thread?
And Hisense already offers 2 yr warranty on this set anyway. And use your CC and get one extra warranty thru them.
BB has this for $2399 right now and if ya get the "member" subscription for $49/year, that brings the price down to $2049.
