Whole foods condiments are weird, and often have unusual ingredients to give them a little twist.

Their cocktail sauce uses pumpkin pie spice, and this tarter sauce has cloves for...some reason?

If you want more traditional straight-down-the-middle tartar sauce, go elsewhere.
