Best at noise cancellation IMO but man do these have intermittent connectivity bugs. Newer version does too.

Yeah their firmware is dog water. Constantly disconnecting depending on what you are doing. Even if you skip in youtube videos on windows it will temporarily brick them (need to manually reconnect)

Probably not. It's been over a year without any update. Not even to address all of the connectivity issues they have.

well said. these cut in and out randomly pretty regularly. I notice when I am doing the same thing it has no problem but if im really all over the place, say detailing a car up and down in and out of "rooms", its hard to use sometimes

Yup, suoer frustrating. Currently on my 3rd pair and about to bring them in for a switch out, but considering going with another bud altogether. Anyone have any recommendations that are similar or better?

I went thru this model twice. After 40 days, had to send them in for a replacement since the left earbud stopped charging (and I never caused any damage or scratch to it). I've since upgraded to the Bose ultra earbuds which is hands down the absolute best noise cancelling ever .... But also more pricey. I'd recommend if you can wait it out for a discount around the holidays to snatch the ultra up over this pair.

Never had issues with connections. This is best noise cancellation, best fit, best bass.

Best all around earbuds and I've tried them all from Airpods pro, Samsung buds, Sony xm5, oneplus pro, pixel buds

Incorrect. It states 90 day warranty, which is offered by vipoutlet If you scroll down on the eBay listing. Alternatively you can buy an Allstate warranty for $17.99 for two years.

I purchased mine from Bose's eBay's store last time they were on slick deals and they included the Allstate two year warranty for free last time they were a front page slickdeal.

My personal experience with these is very positive despite the above complaints.

With all the complaints about connection issues why would anyone in their right mind buy these...it's 2024 connection issues shouldn't be a thing

I preferred an earlier generation of Bose Bluetooth earbuds and loathed the idea of AirPods for the longest time. Finally got one of the newer generation of Bose and the connection mechanism is a disaster- there's some terrible proprietary app that you do? Don't? Need to use? It's unclear and it's terrible, and I got sick of trying to pair it for the first time. I gave Bose a chance to be better twice again with similar iterations/ updated versions of their Bluetooth headphones. Finally just gave up and have been sticking with various AirPods (regular and pro- both have pros and cons). I would go back to Bose in a heartbeat if the connection problems weren't so crazy.
