Is this a good deal? For the price seems pretty good and havent seen alot of 4070 Super ones.
It's a decent price as it's a $600 GPU and ~$530 CPU.
But if you just want to game, the CPU is complete overkill. An i5 can get you frame rates that are very close for several hundred less. And the 5800X3D or 7800X3D are the top tier gaming CPUs as their massive caches can make several games run at their absolute best.
I've become of fan of the PC Builder YouTube channel's mantra. Which is spend half of the budget of a PC on the GPU. That gives the most bang for the buck in terms of gaming performance. At $1600 you really should have a 4070ti Super or 7900 XT or XTX.

It's fair value for the component, but not good component for the money.
This CPU is also highly defective. Any existing 13th gen above a 13600K and any Intel 14th can be considered defective. The 13900k and 14900k type SKUs will eventually all die within months.

wait what i bought a an i7-13700k last month lol.
I'll link you a source with response from Intel PR; there are other sources with more severe claims but those haven't been confirmed yet nor will they ever be confirmed by Intel.
I recommend that you return if you are in the return period; if not undervolt and underclock as aggresively as possible.
The community understanding from industry sources is that:
All 14th, Raptor Lake B0 stepping 13th gen are affected by the design defect.
The main hypothesis is that this is driven by design issues within the Ring Bus, where Ring Bus voltage is now set to the same as core voltage starting on 13th (and 14th gen is just a 13th gen refreshed). 15th gen will also have this defect if the hypothesis is true.
There is an certain batch with oxidation defects on the 13th gen; this may contribute to failure but isn't the sole/main reason for failure.
This high voltage degredation process will eventually kill all 13900k and 14900k and many of the x700 CPUs as Intel's i7 and i9 skus have boost voltage in excess of 1.4v and 1.5v respectively for i7 and i9. Game developer, game server hosting companies have been reporting between 25-100% failure rates on 13900k and 14900k depending the different reports. There are also many reports of failures on 14700k and 13700k. Failures on i5 have been reported, but are rare in comparison as their peak voltages are much lower. Igor's Lab has done an extensive analysis on the baseline voltages for different SKUs.
