Looks like you'll need a hi hat stand and a kick pedal.

yamaha hs740 hi hat stand and pearl p930 kick pedals are what i'd recommend. See if you can grab them used on Facebook market place or craigslist.

Drum kit stand ships in a separate box so I guess it's possible to buy the kit without the stand in case you want to use a different stand. This one comes with a drum throne, but it looks cheap. Still a great deal. glad to see prices coming down! woot
