I did the same for pickup for the vacuum and it was mysteriously marked as "picked up" already after I chatted with 5 agents and called a few times. Wasted over 2 hours for this, and finally demanded to speak to a manager who claimed they will be "personally handing this" situation... still waiting to hear back. Let me know how it works out for you. Also fyi he claimed that the promotion for the free battery ended yesterday 7/29 at a certain time. so they may try to use that against you when you ask... good luck!

I haven't contacted support yet. I was going to wait until my vacuum was delivered, which won't be until Monday, but maybe will reach out sooner.

In your case since you got the vacuum at the correct price you can tell them you were expecting the battery and never received it. But good luck because they'll either come up with an excuse or say they have to escalate and never get back to you...

I had good luck on my first shot. Rep states she requested a promo code for the free battery and to allow 24-48 hours to process. I'll wait here and see if it happens - I needed a new stick vac regardless but would be thrilled to get the full package for that price.

That's what happens and then they don't do anything about it. Happened to me many times already... Terrible trash support and liars

They did issue me a promo code but they have asked me to place a new order first and provide the price details, I placed an order for the battery and received the promo code later. I placed an another order with the promo code and cancelled my paid order. I'm still waiting for the promo order delivery. Hope the delivery guys don't mess up. 😅

Support did get back to me, as promised. They confirmed I was eligible for the promotion but denied the promocode. I was instructed to place an order for the battery and I would then be refunded. The email obviously could have been a little more put together, but seems my process will be similar to your story - just hope I don't have to keep reaching out.

Glad it worked out for you... I had to do a chargeback on my credit card because there were empty responses and promises from their end. Never trusting Samsung support again. Hopefully my credit card company is able to verify and confirm my claim...
