Not a bad price but the processor is kind of dated now.
This is the laptop I currently use for work, and I absolutely love it. I feel like Microsoft finally hit the sweet spot for a device mostly used as a laptop and occasionally used for presentations. I love that I can pull out the pen/stylus in the middle of a presentation and just start drawing without having to do any gymnastics with a detachable screen (i.e., Surface Book). The trackpad is large and responsive, and the keyboard touch and feel is excellent. The screen is crisp. I need to buy a laptop for personal use, and I'm seriously considering getting this exact same thing.
Surface book is not a older version. It's a totally different product line with detachable base.

Great price and find! Some specs as well but screams 2020 though. Anybody has experience comparing this to the new copilot PC for performance and graphics?

Yes, despite it being a Core i7 H processor, its single core speed is much slower than the cheapest 12th gen (i3 1215u) and the multicore speed is also neck and neck with 1215u.

This was their attempt to move their studio line into a mobile platform, it is unique in the line up and when I used one a few years back, I can say it was the best Surface product I had ever used.

I was blown away by this so I had to check. Apparently this i7 is pretty wimpy for the generation, there are other h variants with significantly more cores. But it's still pretty neat that a bottom of the barrel i3 from a year later with half the power completes well on benchmarks with what is being called an i7. Multi core is about 10% slower or so but not at all what you expect from a comparison like this. Btw the cpu is from 2021.

I had the MS Surface Book (which is an older version of this) and it was insanely crazy. I would lose the graphic card connection in the device manager everytime. The laptop also was bogging down every 2-3 days of use so ended rebooting down everytime I use it. There is poor memory management and overall there is still a lot to be desired in MS laptops. My family has a Lenovo Yoga & Asus Rog and they are running excellent with no issues. I ended up selling the MS Surface Book on Ebay & got a Mac - what a relief!

The screen is great on this thing. If I didn't already have a Surface 5, I would probably jump on this.

In mid 2024 this is insulting to still charge this much. Maybe $300-$400 would be a slick deal. The specs of cpu is so dated, and 4 lbs in 2024 is insulting.

Looks like a store was sitting on stock and couldn't sell it at the ridiculous overprice, so they are trying eBay. I would let them squeal and wait for the price to fall more.
