I was able to place multiple orders for save/subscribe with the 26% and 5% off. I ordered 8 cases of 8 cans most around $10-$11 per case.

Healthy request flavors also have coupon. The sodium content in the non healthy request soups is horrible

There are options for Healthy Heart as well if you don't want as much sodium. Just click the link on a product page for the coupon and it will take you to the eligible items. From there, just search, "Heart" and you'll see the low sodium options.

With my last chunky soup that I opened up, I actually thought they put in less ingredients. They are usually pretty good but not in my last Chunk can soup that I opened up. With the food shrinkage going on, I have lost weight and have felt healthier. This is the good thing about food shrinkage. Everybody should be eating less and be healthier due to that reason.

12 cans of soup isn't much in a household.

It isn't going to expire anytime soon.

When you buy one or a couple cans, you will pay lot more per can. When you buy in bulk, you will pay much less per can the majority of the time. Like toilet paper rolls.

You aren't supposed to eat the entire can of Chunky soup. It literally states 2 servings per can....... 34%.... Why are people eating 2 SERVINGS? People are overeating. Portion control is your friend.

I don't know why people are so shocked to hear that ALL SOUPS are high in sodium. This also goes for homemade soups. Look at the high sodium in those broths that you buy in the supermarket. Guess how much sodium is in the very popular Swanson Chicken Broth (1 cup).... 860mg of sodium for 8 ounces of chicken broth. Everybody should know broths are high in sodium.

Tip? One could pour out some broth and add water and that will surely lower the sodium intake. All the healthy choice is simply watered down broth.
Salt is added (supposedly) as a cheap preservative not for flavor. Non-healthy choice taste like bowls of salt to me. As for broths, thankfully theyre all available with lower sodium versions for those of us who dislike overly salted foods.

To each there own, to my taste the healthy choice taste closer to decent soup than the regular.
