Got one and it was fine. Just that the packaging is very flimsy. Shrink wrap and that is it. So yes there is a chance parts may get loose and lost.

Buyer beware, there are a high % of reviews of this exact model on Amazon stating the item was shipped without hardware or the cotter pins needed for the wheels, rendering the product useless.

It goes from a slick deal to a terrible deal if you have to flag down the manufacturer, or drive to a hardware store to buy parts that should have been provided.

I did store pickup and it was pre-assembled

Picked one up in store. There were two left and one had wheels that hardly moved and other made a high pitched screeching sound when it was rolled. Not expecting much.
