The LN1301 is the non-mesh non-app version of the MX4200. OpenWRT support is in the works and bootlogs there show that it's actually better than the MX4200 because
it has 1GB flash and 2GB RAM [openwrt.org]. The PCB assembly otherwise looks the same as the MX4200v1. The difference in flash and RAM likely means that trying stock MX4200 firmware won't work though. OpenWRT will be more up to date and offers a lot more features including mesh, vlans, etc.
It's 2x2 AX on 2.4GHz and one 5 GHz radio. The other 5 GHz radio is 4x4. It is Qualcomm IPQ8174 based and has 4 gigabit ports and 1 USB 3 port.

Guest wifi only makes sense for an ap if you have vlans or some other way to separate the traffic back to the router. Otherwise the guest and regular traffic mix together and can access each other.
