I have a young son who doesn't quite have gaming down yet but for 9 dollars this will be more than worth it in a year or two.

If you have kids under 10 this is an excellent deal. Between my 3 kids they probably put 200 hours into the games for the PS4. Now that they aged out of it I regret I didn't play with them more.

Very approachable. Some conventions with solving puzzles, like it pans to what you need to do next but doesn't explicitly tell you, may be hard for someone who's never played games... but at 10 years old, they shouldn't have a problem picking it up.
If you are playing with them and they do love marvel then I'm sure they would love it. There isn't much of a punishment for death and there is so much to explore.
