We use Dawn Free and Clear, which has been hard to find. So I tried the Palmolive as a replacement. We did not like it. Even with our soft water, there were hardly any suds. Ended up throwing it away.

Is it true for others? I'm about to order one each of the two varieties to replace my Ajax, and low suds won't cut it for me.

Any reviews from the people that have used it before? How does it compare to the 7th generation dish soap?
As someone who don't cook greasy foods, the 7th Generation dish soap is pretty weak even for my standard. The unscented Palmolive is definitely better, but it's still weaker than the regular Palmolive or Dawn. I don't understand why can't Palmolive or Dawn make unscented dish soaps with the exact same formulation as their regular dish soaps but without the fragrance.

Only the EZ-Squeeze variant is truly unscented. Their regular Dawn Free & Clear dish soap still has a lemon scent. It's also still weaker than the Platinum Dawn.

Like you said, they are hard to find and I hope Dawn is not going to discontinue this product line.

I use this stuff. DT and Aldi brands just not as good and I don't have to put up with their smell. Not as good as Dawn IMO but at this price point its a good deal.
