Not any more, when happy card was selling as physical card it was treated as visa, so it can buy gift card at Lowe's, now all happy cards are eform, need to be redeemed as store specific gift card

Someone once mentioned that the Lowes GC from these choice cards can be used to buy other giftcards in-store. Supposedly it's treated like a credit card. Anyone confirm?

Avoid these combined cards. Redemption can be a pain or not at all as they do not function like a gift card.

I second this. I had one (forgot which one it was) that I could use at Macy's and luckily at Lowes too. I tried to get it to work for HOURS at the local Macy's store after it did not work online (supposed to work both online & instore). I even called the Happy customer service while at Macy's to try to get them to help. When nothing worked, all Happy CS could say was 'it should work, if it doesn't it's the store's fault. Try a different store other than Macys'. Sheesh, I bought it to use at Macy's. Lowe's also had difficulty using it (and had declined it for prior customers, apparently), but after spending time with them, it did work in the end (for my Lowes).

I haven't had issues redeeming it for multiple Lowes gift cards in the past. I'll check the chipotle one and report back if there's an issue. Having had a problem with Dominos gc from Costco, it's luck of the draw but rare one will face issues.
