Not any more, when happy card was selling as physical card it was treated as visa, so it can buy gift card at Lowe's, now all happy cards are eform, need to be redeemed as store specific gift card

I purchased these last time for Lowes and don't remember having any issues with using them by adding to my Lowes account. But the reviews are very bad. Is my memory incorrect or is there a 95%+ chance of no issue...

I had used these at homedepot without any issues. So, I'm going to take a chance again on the Cheers to you gift card.

Multiple orders worked. I was able to place 2 orders back to back, each paid $47.5 with target card, and got $50 choice GC + $5 target GC within 15 minutes.
