They're referring to the Anker 2-pack [costco.com] (67W 3-port, and 30W 1-port) for $29.99 from Costco. Available online and in-store.

Nope. $14 is only 35W is not possible. Laptop typically is 60W++ (60,85,100,120W).
Macbook Air M1 comes with a 30w charger and doesn't really use more than 45w if you have a bigger charger. It's also a pretty powerful laptop.

There is no indication that this is either UL or ETL certified! It actually surprises me, as Spigen is a better than average brand (at least where phone cases are concerned)!
If, indeed, these have neither safety certification, it could indicate that they're actually run of the mill, knock-offs with the Spigen name attached. I refuse to purchase ANY charger if it has no UL or ETL certification! It can be unsafe to use (some have literally burnt up and/or caused fires)!
I'm basing this on my scrutiny of all of the product information on the Amazon product page. Typically, if a product such as this is UL or ETL certified, it's not hidden, as it's an important selling point.
If anyone who owns this can confirm that it has either of these certifications, I'll edit my post accordingly.

Only has 30% but if you keep checking it will drop to 14.
Don't know what you actually mean by "if you keep checking"? There are two instant discounts on this. 20% and an additional 10%. They can both be redeemed from the product page. If necessary, they also provide a code that you can type in on the payment section. Price (after all discounts) is $20.99. Perhaps there were changes made since you posted this?

I have a lenovo i7 yoga laptop that can run on 100w via usb-c. However, if its just charging, it is happy to do so with a 35w tiny brick, it even charges fairly fast if I'm not also using it at the same time, like if im traveling and stuff my bag in a conference room corner next to an outlet while i go to lunch. Come back, and its full.

The description does say it supports Superfast charging but one of the top comments says it does not. Does anyone have it and know if it does Superfast charging 1.0 at least?

Yes. Samsung Superfast charging uses PPS. The charger does PPS at 25W (1.0), but not 45W (2.0).

Interestingly, their product support page actually says:

Incompatible with Google Pixel

This is pretty unusual to be fair, but OP is right.

Can this thing charge a laptop? I have to check what wattage the charger is but dang. That'd be impressive.
Depends on the laptop. Largely "yes" if they support USB-C charging. Newer macbooks will even charge off of as little as 5-10W.

Wrong. It depends on the laptop, but most with USB-C will charge off a 30W adapter. You might get a 'reduced charging rate' warning, but most laptops don't continuously consume 60W+. I power a 14" MBP from a 30W PD supply all day, every day. I've got plenty of 60-100W adapters lying around, it's just not absolutely necessary if you don't need to quickly charge a battery.

Are you guys actively adding/removing other devices? USB adapters with multiple ports will typically 're-negotiate' rates when switching between single device charging and multiple device charging.

It's funny how if some inexpensive Amazon charger is posted on SD and someone makes a claim that it's a shiit charger, then everyone stays away. Yet, when someone claims an Anker charger does not do what it's suppose to do, then it's "sometimes you get a lemon". BTW I have probably over 20 various chargers and the only one that has failed on me is an Anker. It doesn't make them shiit but it's not the any better than most Amazon cheap chargers (which I have had great luck with).

See my prior comment. I run an M1 Max all day off of a 30W. If you're continuously maxing it out, you'll end up draining the battery even on the charger, but generally speaking, the power consumption for normal use is only about 5W.

Sometimes this "connect/disconnect" happens on chargers with more than one port. When you plug in other devices, it will "renegotiate" charging rates amongst ports that have shared power.
