I don't like this design. I prefer a hatch to fill it with water. You're going to have to fill it with fresh water every day and this style will grow tiresome very quickly.

I've had a few Bitvae toothbrushes and a slightly different model of this device for a few years now and am very happy with all of them. They've held up better than I ever hoped.

Got one to try it out. I do have the standalone one which gives a much better pressure with a smaller handle.
