I hate TPU manufacturers who don't list the hardness. That's the whole point of the product.

Thanks! Purchased a black roll. As a hobbiest, I don't print in TPU often but have a clear roll of this brand and it prints great (after drying).

Is it just me, or does it look like a five-year-old wound the spool in the product image? Anyone have experience with this brand? Any snagging issues?

Same price at Walmart:

https://www.walmart.com/ip/GIANTARM-TPU-Filament-1-75mm-Flexible-Soft-3D-Printer-Consumables-Grey-1k... [walmart.com]

Notified by a certain cash back site offering 6% at Walmart. Decided to go with S&S at Amazon for convenience sake.

I have this TPU filament, and it prints great on my Ender 6

Never used flexible TPU. Is there any consideration and / or steps from going back and forth between PETG and / or PLA? Or is it pretty much swap filament and print? (other than settings changes of course) Ender V3 SE if it matters.

Giantarm/geeetech has been the worst filament I have ever encountered.

Any one have experience using TPU on a Bambu A1 mini? I've only been using PLA.

It terms of hardware changes? I don't think you need to make any hardware changes. But setup is key for tpu. Make sure the filament is super dry. Temps and print speed also plays a huge role and they differ enough from pla/petg to warrant experimenting and see what's the best range for you.

Not so much hardware changes but I don't need to do anything special between switching filaments? Like purging the hot end making sure zero remaining old filament is there? Or only using certain (dedicated) nozzles with one vs the other? Normally when going from PLA to PETG I'll use the same nozzles but run the hot end a little warm (especially when going from PETG to PLA) and extrude some excess to 'purge' the remaining remnants. Other than that I don't do anything special. In my mind TPU would try to stick around any nook and cranny it could (in my mind) potentially create printing issues. I might be overthinking this completely. TPU and PETG (I believe) print around the same temps so it probably does not matter at all.

Thanks for the info.

Gold looks nice. But won't come out until April 2025?
