It seems like it should be a good deal. Impact/ driver set that was popular on ebay for $160 is now $138 with a 45pc bit set? What's not to like? The $200 deal with the ratchet was better if you wanted it, but say you want to hack this one and add a fuel ratchet later...that should work out fine.
