FYI, if you need to top off some American Airline miles for a award flight, this is equivalent to 1.76:1 UR to AA conversion

Three questions if somebody could help me out:
-I have 220k Chase UR points. What would this get me in Bonvoy points & actual nightly stays? Assuming each hotel is different, but on average.
-Do Bonvoy points expire? If so, is there a workaround like transfering between accounts?
-If not this, any recommendations for best use of my points? Open to all options (flights, hotels, sell to broker). I see prior comment says Hyatt points conversion is more valuable but I rarely have stayed at Hyatts & like Marriotts.
Thanks
If I were you, I would keep the points except you are booking Marriot hotels. They have worse transferring rate (Most partners are 3:1). It means your 374K points become 120K value which is not worth to do.
Usually, I used Chase UR points for UA upgrades which can generate 1:5 to 1:10 value depending on the routes.

Unless you have very specific needs for Bonvoy, I would not transfer.

Chase UR points are valuable due to partner transfers with Hyatt and various airlines.

Depending on location, you can get great value for Hyatt stays.

For example, when I stayed at Maui Hyatt Regency several years ago, rooms were going for $700 cash while costing only 25,000 points.

Park Hyatt Vendome in Paris cost $1600-1700 cash but only 40,000 points.

I also transferred points to United for business class tickets. 160,000 points for tickets that price at $4500 cash.

Keep an eye out for the Air France/KLM monthly specials; they regularly have seats from the USA to Europe for 15,000 points each way. Those - and Hyatt - are the only times I transfer points these days.

How do you get notifications on KLM Air France specials?

Go to their website; you can look for the "Flying Blue Promo Awards". This month they have 15,000-mile awards to Europe from Boston, Detroit, Houston, and Toronto; it changes each month.

Hyatt is really good if you pick your spots. I got a room recently that would have been $425 for 8k chase points. The only issue is Hyatts are only in major cities for the most part and sometimes you have to pay for parking.
Marriot is worse, 50K for a room and then they usually have a lot of extra fees, resort fees, parking, etc.

Just google best CUR redemptions. There will be several articles.

I use them regularly for Southwest flights and Hyatt stays. Last year went to Kauai with airfare and hotel free. Then spent a week in Florida a couple months ago for free.

Hyatt has some good family resorts in Florida, we also enjoy the Hyatt Regency's in SoCal.

Hyatt also took over a lot of all-inclusive properties in the Caribbean that can be booked.
Do you know which ones in Florida or does anyone here know of a good resorts in Florida (Im assuming they're not all inclusive but just themed or resort style activities)

I dont like Marriott's point system for transferring from CUR.

I am doing a trip during Thanksgiving. Two nights at a Hyatt were 12k pts a night. Four RT flights were 72k points on Jet Blue. So four flights and two nights at a hotel were 96k points.

At a Marquis Marriot (which cost the same as the Hyatt I am staying at dollar wise) was 94k points a night. A regular Marriott (which was about $50 cheaper than the Hyatt I am staying at) was 72k points.

If you wanted to stay in a Marriott, you are probably better off booking through the portal than transferring your points.
The last line here is great advice, I'd book either directly with MR for preferred pricing like 5% or whatever they offer or use Chase portal to book for 5x points.

I'm asking others here, does anyone have ther Bonvoy Chase boundless card from last year that offered 5x 50K nights certificate after 5K spend? I took advantage of that offer, and the Annual fee of $125 I think is coming up, BUT they offer 1 free 35K night certificate which kind of cancels out teh fee.

Some marriott properties are VERY expensive like the Anchorage Alaska ones going for 50K a night (nightly rate is $500+) atleast in summer. I can use 15k points to use it with my 35K cert to stay free.

Curious if anyone else is keeping that card?

Just to jump in the conversation regarding hyatt stays. I recently stayed at a category 1 hyatt for 3750 points near Cupertino. I was worried at first but took the chance. Once we got there it was actually better than expected. Not as run down as you would direct for 3750 points. 2 beds, AC, shower, free breakfast (bagels, cream cheese, orange juice, apple juice, hard boiled eggs, yogurt...)
Not bad actually. Especially if you are checking in late and just need a place to sleep so you can get going early in the morning.

I would stop thru again if I was traveling in the area. The front desk were very friendly, More so than at the hyatt Centric in San Francisco.
