Chewy.com's [chewy.com] price. Chewy is great, but no free shipping if you just buy one leash. These are still made in Germany, and the quality is still excellent (I own a couple of these for my small dogs). These are nice spare leashes, as well. You can take them in your car, or pack them in your luggage on vacation (if you take your dogs with you) so that you always have a leash.
$7.91 is a really good price - about as low as I've ever seen the XS size from a major retailer. Also, I know dog leashes can get pretty contentious (if you judge by a previous Flexi leash post) -- so, these XS retractable leashes are for SMALL dogs. These are not for your 80 lb German Shepherd or Pitbull. And at only 10 feet, they're really not much longer than the avg non-retractable 6 ft leash.

So, although these can be great leashes if you're in an open space with no need to really control your dog or worry about sudden leash pulling, I would highly advise caution if you live in a city or any sort of area where there could be unexpected stimulus or where you need to keep them on a shorter leash (literally).
