I know we can't turn back time, but wasn't this deal $2 less 2 days ago? How often do these change in price?

Is it better for the Bluetooth version or to pay more for the wifi? I'd be using it for the basement where I need to run a dehumidifier constantly as the humidity level gets up to almost 70/ 80% if not. Looking to have access and alerts 24/7 in case I'm not home and our dehumidifier is not working as it seems dehumidifiers are not made to last long. Didn't realize my last one went out until I went in the basement and discovered mold growth.

Can you pair any of Govee's wifi hubs with the H5104? If so, can someone confirm which model they have successfully used with the H5104.

You gotta go wifi in order to get the 24/7 alert capability. The alert on the BT unit is completely useless, as you have to launch the app in order for the unit to notify you that a threshold has been met. Source: have 6 BT units and 3 wifi.

I just double checked and the code appears to still be working. Did you enter the discount code?

I thought it's just me Smilie
I have the same BT unit and it does exactly how you described and I was of the impression that I am doing something wrong because it is liked by slickdeal community a lot, I don't understand, if the unit cannot alert you before opening the app then what are people using this for.
I still think we both might be having a defective unit.

Govee's official hub (model number H5151) seems to be compatible with all their Bluetooth thermometers, but I cannot find it being sold separately.

Instead I'm using a fanless thin client (Dell Wyse 5070; you may also need antennae or a USB BT dongle after buying from eBay) running Home Assistant [home-assistant.io] as the hub for my various LAN and Bluetooth-based smart home devices.

Wifi. Bluetooth info you can see instead with your eyes when you are nearby.

That is very interesting, so if I am running HA from a machine which has in-built BT 4.x then I will be able to use this BT based Hygrometer; in that scenario (like the one you have setup) does alert comes only after manually clicking the HA dashboard or does it sends alert to your mobile without user interaction?

I've been using these for a couple months to regulate my fridge and freezer and so far they are working good and have been accurate. I'm not using the WiFi aspect. Just basic thermometer 🌡️ found out my fridge and freezer was set to a setting way too high.

To those of you that have the WiFi model, what kind of battery life do you get with it?
