I have this in small and my biggest issue is that the grab handle on the small (and presumably the xs) don't wrap around the top to make a grab handle. You can use the backpack straps as a grab handle if you have those on but it's not ideal. Just a consideration.

What style? Who is carrying it? Do you care more about looks or functionality? Do you need it to be insulated, I.e. how old is the child/are the children?

Diaper bags marketed as diaper bags may look pretty and have some functionality, but the "diaper bag" branding will increase the price.
