The SE from Costco has the same sound, but it does not have the built-in microphone for making calls. For most people that feature is not a big deal, but it's worth noting. Often with Costco deals there will be something *extra* but in this case, it's one less feature.
The unit itself is excellent. You truly can take it anywhere and it has BIG, clear, bass-y sound. I personally like the Bose sound signature. It's waterproof and dust proof and slips easily into a bag or on a caribiner clip.
Battery life is meh, but enough for a day of regular use.
I'd buy this if I didn't care about the microphone feature. And if I did, I think Bose has the Flex for $109 currently on their website— or at least they did a couple days back.
