I can just speak for these as I already have in the OP. The ones you linked may not be the original. We may be approaching Spiderman pointing at each other meme territory, but the original Office Roller Blade wheel is claimed by "The Office Oasis" store. Let's keep in mind, we're dealing with a roller blade wheel screwed to a office chair stem. i can't imagine there being much deviation besides quality of the wheel and frame.

For $10 and free returns, I'd chance these. I have them on two chairs and they work great for my use. Just my own opinion.

I had to learn this lesson the hard way, but if you have LVP, while these will protect the surface of the planks, rolling over the locks will break them over time. You have to get a floor pad.

I put roller blade wheels on the dexley and hyken chair. I have tile and love it. I had to sit in a plastic caster chair in another bedroom this week and I thought this chair needs rubber wheels. Maybe I'm just a fat obese American, but I do prefer the cushion and maneuverability.

I haven't bought these but just my 2 cents. I bought the two wheel version from another company and I really like the way they pivot which is similar to the stock wheels where each wheel spins in opposite directions. It also provides 10 points of contact with the ground which I have to imagine is a little bit easier on my vinyl floor.
Aftermarket do glide a lot easier and I do slide around sometimes when shifting positions but I don't mind it.

Would love to hear about how these single wheel per post works for ya.
