Good to know, thanks. I ordered these, haven't used them yet. Have been using squat shoes. How is it compared to shoes?.

Basically the same except more incline. I didn't notice a difference when using these with lifting shoes (nike romulan 4) vs just using one of them. I wouldnt use any weight when using these just in case. I use them @ the end of leg day for bodyweight squats or romanian split squats. In theory using these with lifting shoes should engage (maybe isolate?) quads more. 💪💪💪💪

Here it is on Amazon:
https://a.co/d/cE294of
It has a 23% off coupon for me. But the Woot price is still lower. I would say the woot peice should be the mormal price for this. Lots of alternatives exist, that even offer height adjustment. I would give it a try if this was the price in Amazon so that I could get and easily return if I don't like it.

My use case for these is mostly to help me get deeper and circumvent my lack of ankle flexibility.

This is so extra. A lot of people that don't even do stuff by these and use it once and never do squats again
haha ya but that's like, the majority of exercise equipment

Depends on the exercise you're doing.

I tend to shift my foot placement a lot with squats, that almost seems like a recipe for a twisted ankle. Do you have to set your feet ahead of time to make these work?

I've done the 2x4 Under Heels method and it's awkward, but allows you to adjust width pretty easily

I buy a lot of exercise equipment, but this is a pass for me. How do I hang laundry on this? Fail!
