Considering how big the RTX 4090 is, how do they fit it in there?

It has 2 m.2 slots. I got this exact model last year, threw in a 4tb m.2. I'm happy all day long (well not on battery power hehe...)

Its a mobile version, performance is closer to a RTX 4070Ti desktop chip. The chip itself is <1"x1" so the sacrifice tends to be on cooling, but since it can reuse the CPUs cooling system and is a lower power part than a true 4090 its doable.

It's actually equivalent to a desktop 4080 and 90% of the physical card is cooling and vrms and other stuff so the actual die itself is small. That's how you put it in a laptop. The cpu and gpu share the same cooling too. Save even more space. Sounds like a freight train.

I would have expected that it's called 4090M, or something like that.

Techpowerup puts it equivalent to a desktop 3080, not 4080. 4000 series it's between a 4070 and 4070S. Its 50% less powerful than a desktop 4080.
