I use a 55" TV mounted to my wall with an adjustable arm that has about 22" (~2 feet) so I can use it for TV, video games, and movies. I only pull my TV closer for movies as those are made for a mocie screen. I normally sit about 6 feet away for watching TV or video games (as measured from screen to my eyeballs) and it's a comfortable distance for me. Any closer and it feels too close. That media isn't designed to be that close. You can research online for suggested distances. IME some people just think bigger is better but I think that is wrong, as do the media experts I've read online such as rtings.com. TV makers are pushing larger screens but it is just advertising to our consumeristic tendencies. At first a huge screen feels great but eventually after that feeling wears out it is dizzying and I realize I'm missing details on the peripherals of my eyes that I'm meant to see.

It is especially nice with OLED for letterbox movies as OLED is completely dark on the unused screen area, so I still feel like I'm in a movie theater. I wish all movie streams were letterboxed now.

SE Michigan - Auburn Hills area has one available on the instacart same day for $812.

I don't have any use for a 55" though.. Wish there was a 65" around the area.

I just picked up the last one in Princeton, NJ for $500 without extra warranty.

The price was hand written on the price tag.

Yup in store. There were 4. I bought one and another person bought one. You only see the store price online if you do same day delivery in the store area. Same day is a separate tab you have to click

55 inch TVs are very underrated. I put a 65 in my bedroom and frankly a 55 would fit much better. If this was 599 I'd drive down to Moore OK and get some Braums on the way back home
If this deal was free I'd drive to Neverland and pick up some $1000 77" G4's from Peter's Dream Palace on my way back.
