2. Proceed to checkout, but pause before reaching the "Substitute" step.
3. Switch to a web browser and navigate to the Walgreens website.
4. Remove the additional item from your cart on the web browser.
5. Switch back to the Walgreens app.
6. Continue to the "Substitute" step.
7. You should now be able to pick up the item even though your total is under $10.

Unlike these, the gallon freezer bag seals are thin so you constantly have to fiddle with them to line them up. It's a bit annoying.
But you get like 4 times the amount of bags with these and it's still cheaper than 1 box of Ziploc so...yeah. I just wish they made the zipper seals better.
