The Propel V4 is a good shoe. The midsole is squishy but with a bit of bounce back. The profile of the sole has a nice rocker geometry and there's a nylon plate to keep the sole rigid. This makes the Propel ideal for walking. The upper may look blah but it's comfortable. For dog walks and shopping trips I prefer the Propel to the Clifton, Bondi, Gaviota, Mach, 1080, Freedoms and Triumph.

Lot of More Trail V3's left in a lot of sizes. $50 a pair is a steal for a max cushion trail runner.

It's basically the trail version of the More V4.

Thanks. I grabbed a couple pairs of the Fresh Foam X More Trail v3s. I love the road version of these shoes so hopefully the trail version are as good.

You'll love them. Tried them on at the NB store. Can't wait to receive mine. I had my More V4s on me at the time and the Trail V3 was exactly as I'd hoped. Same feel for the most part but they are slightly firmer...still plush AF but notch below the road More V4. Upper in the Trail didn't feel as warm to me either which in So Cal is an added bonus.

I find the Fresh Foam More uncomfortable on the medial side of my foot. It has a more pronounced rocker than the 1080.

Anyone have issues with quality control? I had the $180 New Balance sole separate from the shoe. The vendor said that shouldn't have happened and said they would reach out to new balance. A month later he gave me the shoes back poorly glued (dripping out the seam) and a bill for $35 saying "they separated because I ride a bicycle" to be clear for over 2 years I used propet shoes on the same bike with no issues.

I contacted new balance over the deal and they never got back to me.

Not here. I have two pairs of 1080V13s and a pair of More V4s currently. Granted, I'm a slow runner but I've no issues. In fact, I haven't had any issues across all brands except my Nike Invincible 3s. Not to single out Nike because I've had dozens of shoes from them over the decades with no issues before. Anyways, those had the sole separating on the side. It wasn't major but a bit of Shoe Goo in that gap and it's 100%.

I just think these shoes are made in factories in Southeast Asia or China and there will be a slip up in QC every once in awhile.

Got it, $180 NB shoes, some assembly required. I think I will stick with the propet shoes, less expensive and fully assembled.

That was another thing the seller told me they were made in the us. When I checked they were not, he said they used to be.
