I don't know whether or not this is a great deal but I wonder what the beef with Samsung fridges is. I found one in the house we bought 2 years ago and it works great - zero issues. Had never thought I'd ever buy a Samsung fridge before this experience though

I don't get it. What is a healthcare account or what do I need to get the deal? How do I get a referral code? What are extra 'panels' and why would I want them? They just change the color of the fridge?

Not everyone will have a problem, but when many people do, best to believe it. We bought a Samsung French Door refrigerator in 2021 and have already replaced it, literally last week. Replaced my dad's 5 year old Samsung refrigerator (made in Thailand) a few months before the warranty expired. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the receipt (so they used the mfg date) until after a replacement was purchased.

I got this deal on Jan 2023. It is still working good. There is one trick you can apply to save $430 is when you select the refrigerator, don't select the panel. After you buy and pay for the refrigerator, immediately register to get the free panel. The refrigerator will come first without the panel, and the panel will come later in about 2-3 weeks.

Assuming the compressor is legit, this ice maker is in the freezer, with no door access. It "should" be reliable. Run anytime you see an ice maker in the french door (non-freezer section) with motors to spit out ice. This applies to any brand, ice maker should be in freezer section with no door access.

I got all the way to the pay screen and I'm still not seeing it. It gives you 2 color options, stainless and white. There's no way to remove the panels that I see.

This might not work. The rebate terms for customizable models has a comment that proof of purchase is required for 3 door panels to be eligible for a rebate.
