The Atmos is a quality backpack but at around 5lbs it's heavy. This one will save you 1-2 lbs, but you may pay for that in comfort, I dunno.

crown 2 hurt the crap outta my pits/shoulders (yes this is the blaze which should be more comfortable). so make sure to load it up and walk around for more than 5 mins.

I picked up the blaze but just saw your message about the crown. Is there a comparison of the two anywhere?

The extra 20% doesn't apply to the crown so they end up almost exactly the same final price

Good question! I'd just check the weight of the packs as well as the features. I hear more about the Crown 3, so maybe it's lighter? Not sure...
