What should be the normal deserved price for this model, and equivalent models from other brands? I'm not familiar with Samsung laptops.

The only benefit I found is that you can get trials with new microsoft accounts as a 2nd user on your PC, like I made a burner email to get a $1 trial for gamepass when Starfield came out.
A lot of laptop vendors have moved to digital keys. While it is possible to bypass using a Microsoft account, you won't have a copy of the key if you have to restore to factory settings, reinstall, etc.

I made a 2nd Microsoft account just for binding keys. 5 Windows keys can be bound to a single MS account.

I still make a local admin account and local user account on all my laptops.
